HLC Women Social Welfare & Rural Development Foundation is a non-governmental organization committed to uplifting the economically weaker sections of society through sustainable development initiatives. Established on 9th February 2022 by a team of like-minded individuals, the foundation was built on the vision of eradicating poverty and creating opportunities that empower people to lead self-reliant lives.
We believe that community development is the backbone of national progress. Urbanization has shifted socio-economic structures, often leaving behind rural populations.
